ReWork Transnational Project Meeting in Paris
Paris, France. 26th March 2025

The Institut de Preparation a L´administration et la Gestion (IPAG) organised and hosted the 4th transnational project meeting of the ReWork project that took place in Paris (France) on March 26th and 27th, 2025. ReWork, co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union, is nearing the end and the consortium has taken this opportunity to review the tasks already completed and plan the next ones for a successful full implementation.
All the project partners – Institut de Preparation a L´administration et la Gestion (IPAG) and Association Française des Managers de la Diversité (AFMD) from France; Universidad Internacional de La Rioja (UNIR) and Getafe Iniciativas S.A. (GISA) from Spain; Centre for Inclusion at Work (CEFI) from Greece; and Italienische Handelskammer Fur Deutschland (ITKAM) from Germany — were present in the event and participated in the assessment of the progress made in the different work packages, as well as shared their inputs towards next steps.
One of the most highlighted sessions of the meeting was the feedback from the partner CEFI on the face-to-face training successfully piloted in Greece. This training initiative covers diversity, equity and inclusion issues in hybrid and remote work (HRW) and will now be adapted, according to the needs of the other participating countries, and provided in Spain, France and Germany.
UNIR shared the current status of the e-learning platform, including e-learning content, modules and materials, aiming at an inclusive HRW. This attractive, innovative and pedagogical digital learning platform and the online training content will soon made available to all project target groups (namely HR practitioners, middle managers and SME leaders) located worldwide.
The innovative toolkit for inclusive HRW, led by AFMD, is also progressing properly and its finalisation is very close. The ReWork toolkit will offer guides, best practices and case studies to adults with people management responsibilities. These materials are aligned with the individual needs and challenges of both major stakeholders and disadvantaged individuals in HRW, as the present and future work mode.
The Communication and Dissemination Plan (led by GISA) and the Engagement Toolkit (led by ITKAM) were reviewed to ensure that ReWork target groups and stakeholders are updated with the progress of the project activities. IPAG, as the Project Coordinator, has provided partners with guides and instructions for the next steps to finalise the project according the defined workplan.
