Rework Survey Results
To offer a comprehensive overview of how hybrid work has been implemented and experienced across four European countries (France, Spain, Germany and Greece), based on over 300 valid responses.
Innovative Toolkit “Belonging beyond the office”
For HR practitioners, D&I leaders, middle managers and SME leaders, to ensure that hybrid and remote work does not have a negative effect on historically disadvantaged employees and to develop inclusive HR practices and management skills.
Face-to-face Training Programme
It addresses the DEI challenges in hybrid and remote work (HRW) to support the development of key high-value inclusive management competences and HR practices necessary for establishing an inclusive new world of work.
E-learning Training Programme and Digital Coach
Adaptation and expansion of educational resources developed (face-to-face training, toolkit, educational resources) into a MOOC and OERs for online delivery. The digital coach, in an automatic and asynchronous way, guides participants during the training programme, answering to their questions and doubts, while supporting them in the training progress.
Communication and Dissemination Plan
Living document during the project implementation to guide consortium partners in the communication and dissemination of the project’s objectives, activities, and results through digital tools (project’s and partners’ websites and social media), participation in events (conferences, webinars, seminars, workshops, among others), and publications of scientific articles.
