Panel Discussion at the EDI Conference 2025 in Athens

The ReWork project, an European initiative co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union, will participate in a panel discussion on “Leading Inclusion in a Hybrid and Remote Workplace“ at the upcoming EDI Conference 2025 in Athens (https://www.edi-conference.org/).

As Hybrid and Remote Work (HRW) continue to evolve, it is critical to address the challenges and opportunities they present for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). ReWork panel will dive deep into HRM practices, share insights from research and working groups, and discuss strategies for fostering inclusive, flexible work environments.
