ReWork in IRMBAM 2025: Hybrid and remote working in the European context

The European project ReWork participated in a special session at the 14th International Research Meeting in Business and Management (IRMBAM 2025), organized by the IPAG Business School, on July 3rd-4th, 2025, in the stunning heart of the French Riviera – Nice (France).

The project’s objectives, activities performed, and results were presented and interactively discussed among a highly qualified audience composed of academics, doctoral students, and practitioners. In particular, the differences between European countries in terms of preferences for hybrid and remote work, and the challenges linked to inclusion (including digital inclusion) as well as those linked to diversity. The results are confronted with questions and feedback from the knowledgeable researchers taking part in the research session.
