ReWork Project Consortium members meet in Madrid
Madrid, Spain. 27th February 2024
Getafe Iniciativas SA (GISA) hosted the latest consortium meeting for the ReWork project on the 26th and 27th of February 2024. The project, co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union, is on a mission to empower organizations to effectively navigate the challenges presented by hybrid and remote work while ensuring diversity, equity, and inclusion.
The meeting provided an opportunity for the partners — Institut de Preparation a L´administration et la Gestion (IPAG) from France, Italienische Handelskammer Fur Deutschland (ITKAM) from Germany, Centre for Inclusion at Work (CEFI) from Greece, Association Française des Managers de la Diversité (AFMD) from France, and Universidad Internacional de La Rioja (UNIR) — to assess the progress made in each work package. Discussions centred around the challenges encountered and the successes achieved, fostering a dynamic exchange of ideas. The consortium outlined the next strategic steps, ensuring a clear roadmap for the project’s continued success. This collaborative effort to review work packages and plan future steps underscores the consortium’s commitment to delivering impactful outcomes in hybrid and remote work, solidifying ReWork’s position as a pioneering initiative in the landscape of organizational diversity, equity, and inclusion.
The primary components of the project include the development of the project´s website, e-learning platform and a training programme based on open educational resources. The target audience comprises HR practitioners, middle managers, SME managers and leaders, and external VET providers such as trainers, learning designers, and academics.
The partners’ contributions are integral to the project’s success, and the consortium meeting facilitated the exchange of ideas and strategies to ensure the project´s development.
